Your Responsibilities
- Identify relevant influencers and platforms to build strategic partnerships that effectively position our brand.
- Independently source contact and negotiate with influencers and agencies in line with our business goals.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness drive engagement and support growth across various target markets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships using key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate closely with our national and international marketing teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing into our broader strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends competitor activities and new platforms to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.
Your profile
- You have 12 years of experience in influencer marketing and can demonstrate success in executing campaigns and managing influencer relationships.
- A bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field is a plus but hands-on experience matters most.
- You are based in or around Berlin and enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schneberg.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- Youre proficient with influencer marketing tools and experienced in analyzing campaign performance to measure and improve success.
- Youre well-versed in social media platforms and always up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends.
- Youre confident in negotiations quickly build trust-based relationships and can clearly and convincingly communicate your ideas.
- You bring creativity flexibility and a structured way of workingand you handle multiple projects at once without losing track.
