Description


The Change Management Specialist for the Care-First Program will play a critical role in facilitating effective change initiatives within the governmental public sector. This position is aimed at enhancing care delivery transformations and ensuring seamless transitions for stakeholders involved. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in change management methodologies specifically PROSCI and other frameworks and have strong communication skills. Your expertise in project management and understanding of the insurance domain will be vital in implementing effective strategies that meet the evolving needs of the community.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the Care-First Program.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Communicate changes effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Analyze the impact of change initiatives on operations and performance.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness and adoption of changes.
  • Provide training and support to staff during transitions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align change initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Ensure alignment with the industry best practices in insurance and care delivery transformation.

Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in any field preferably .
  • 2-5 years of experience in change management within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of PROSCI and other change management frameworks.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance and care delivery systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
