About the Role:
We re seeking a motivated confident and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic and fast-paced real estate investment team. This is a remote full-time role focused on handling inbound leads only no cold calling.
As an Inside Sales Representative you ll be responsible for appointment setting deal closing and relationship management with real estate investors and agents. The ideal candidate thrives in a commission-driven environment and is eager to deliver consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls and appointment setting with prospective clients.
Manage and prioritize a personal pipeline to achieve deal closing targets consistently.
Build rapport and strong working relationships with real estate investors and agents.
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain organized records using CRM tools.
Close 2 3 deals per month on average with opportunities for uncapped commissions.
Adapt sales strategies to different client types including investors and traditional agents.
Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a performance-driven team culture.
