Job Description

As a TIBCO Middleware Engineer you will:
  • Build verify and deploy TIBCO-based software solutions ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Support the upgrade of existing software and manage software lifecycle activities including decommissioning old TIBCO processes.
  • Construct and support TIBCO BusinessWorks (BWCE 6.x and 5.x) processes including new file transfers and integrations.
  • Configure and manage Linux and Wintel environments to support application infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to TIBCO processes and enterprise integration environments.
  • Participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices contributing to agile secure and efficient integration workflows.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO integration solutions especially TIBCO BWCE BW 6.x and related middleware technologies.
  • Strong experience with YAML Java JavaScript SQL web services (SOAP/REST) JSON XML UML.
  • Proficiency in integration tools such as EMS FTL eFTL Mashery Hawk TRA and other related plugins.
  • Experience with Azure deployment (preferred) Git CI/CD Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodology.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and alerts configuration using Splunk Dashboards and Dynatrace.
  • Excellent understanding of SOA ESB and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of XML technologies including XSD DTD XSLT and XPath.
  • Optional certifications in TIBCO BusinessWorks Azure Fundamentals or Splunk.
  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills including handling thread dumps and memory issues.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Independently develop troubleshoot and support enterprise-grade integration solutions.
  • Show a proactive mindset self-initiative and ownership in resolving technical challenges.
  • Create and support file transfers migration projects and infrastructure configurations.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement and experimentation.
