Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design usability and interface design principles. You will work collaboratively with product managers developers and stakeholders to design engaging intuitive digital products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities shall be to:
- Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and marketing.
- Create design systems style guides and documentation to ensure design consistency.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics to optimize user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design UX processes and end-to-end product design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. InVision Marvel).
- Solid understanding of responsive design accessibility standards and design systems.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Would be Nice-to-Have: - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles.
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
