Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content that highlights our market research expertise industry insights and client success stories.
- Manage daily social media activity including posting responding to comments and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform content creation and strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Assist in the promotion of events webinars and new research reports across social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends tools and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization (internships are also considered).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
- Excellent writing editing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content (basic graphic design skills a plus).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
