- Spearhead the modernization of accounting processes using QuickBooks Online
- Manage comprehensive bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Process and oversee payroll administration through Gusto
- Create and maintain systematic approaches for financial tracking and reporting
- Develop and implement efficient digital workflows to replace manual processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial operations
- Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting
Requirements
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Gusto payroll system strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellence in digital tools and systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
