We are Hiring Staff Nurse to lead a Nursing Home in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Respect all relevant An Bord Altranais rules and regulations.
Keep all documents and paperwork as mandated by the Directors of Nursing and the Registering Authority.
Make sure that no confidential information obtained while doing ones duties is shared with outside parties.
Make sure the nursing homes security is always maintained.
Respect all company rules and guidelines within the allotted time frames.
Make sure every piece of equipment is kept up to date and clean.
Perform any additional duties that are logically given to you.
Evaluate every facet of the clients care requirements and when necessary oversee nursing care and offer health monitoring.
Determine the social and medical needs of new clients conduct ongoing evaluations and go over all previous clients.
Keep thorough records and make sure every client in the nursing home has a personalized care plan.
According to An Bord Altranais rules and company policy client care plans should be evaluated every month or even more frequently as needed.
Check on clients on a regular basis and as needed. At the conclusion of each shift make sure that all pertinent staff members receive a clear and succinct handover report.
Requirements
Capacity for successful communication at all levels
Sincere desire to collaborate with the appropriate clientele.
Current NMBI registration.
First-level nurse and team player
Desired level of training or experience in providing care for the appropriate client type.
