We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This role is vital to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor service delivery and address issues promptly to ensure client expectations are met
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and client feedback
Assist with onboarding new clients and educating them on our services
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and provide feedback for service improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services account management or customer support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
