Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Assistant to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or further their career in the advertising industry with hands-on involvement in campaign coordination market research and client communication. You will support the advertising department in executing daily operations and ensure the timely delivery of advertising materials and plans.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns
Conduct research on market trends competitors and audience behavior
Support the creation and editing of advertising materials
Monitor advertising performance and prepare reports for review
Maintain organized documentation of campaign timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with creative and account teams to meet client expectations
Provide administrative support to the advertising manager and team
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing support role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
