We are currently seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Tampa FL office. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients ensuring prompt and efficient handling of inquiries issues and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Document customer interactions and maintain updated records
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Uphold company policies and promote customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask stay organized and prioritize responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications
