We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and analyzing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness customer engagement and business growth. You will collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing plans
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Coordinate and execute email campaigns newsletters and print marketing
Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
Support event planning and promotional activities as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics platforms
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
