We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with our business development team to identify new prospects manage partnerships prepare proposals and assist in strategic outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in business strategy and client engagement while contributing to the long-term success of Captura Hall.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Support the preparation of presentations proposals and reports for potential clients
Maintain and update client databases and contact records
Assist in the coordination of meetings follow-ups and communication with leads and partners
Monitor and track the progress of ongoing business development projects
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
Contribute to planning and executing outreach campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field
12 years of experience in a business development administrative or client-facing role (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset
