Assembling large/heavy metal structures using hand tools. The use of tape measures and converting decimals to fractions will also be part of the daily tasks. The use of ladders lifts and overhead cranes may also be required.
POSITION Construction Assembler.
JOB LOCATION - Manitowoc Wisconsin.
STARTING DATE - Immediate.
EMPLOYMENT TERM - Direct-hire.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-time.
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st or 2nd shift.
STARTING PAY - $18-$23/hour (depending on experience).

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Previous manufacturing experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assemble structures and structure components such as wall panels and roof trusses. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials clamping splicing fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools.
-Ensure that sub-assembled and assembled items meet specific quality specifications and accurate conformance with dimension specifications and print drawings
-Demonstrate teamwork by working well with others helping as needed and responding positively to constructive feedback.
-Complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
-Follow safe manufacturing practices.
-Perform other job duties as assigned.
