- Loader Stock Trucker must be able to effectively communicate with supervision other Stock Prep personnel and any supplying department supervision.
- Loader Stock Trucker will follow all plant policies environmental policies and plant and departmental safety policies. Must be certified to operate a Fork Lift through the Safety Department.
- Loader Stock Trucker Passenger must be able to identify components and read component ID tags and any other component identification devices and read measuring devises to assure that correct material and components are delivered properly.
- Loader Stock Trucker will follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production and keeping work areas neat clean and orderly.
- Loader Stock Trucker must be alert to equipment downtime or other extraordinary condition and notify Stock Prep supervision whenever such conditions occur.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Stock Prep Lead Supervisor or Department Manager.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience needed
- No relocation assistance is offered for this position
ENVIRONMENT
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
- New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
- The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold) forklift and pedestrian traffic and noise.
- The role involves various physical tasks including lifting bending stooping pushing pulling and operating machinery with comprehensive training provided.

HOURLY PERKS
- The hourly rate for this position is $26.21 - $27.67 per hour. This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program.
- This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is $0.20 per hour for evening shifts $0.40 per hour for overnight shifts and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
- Pay rate is based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
