The Senior Integration Specialist at ATPCO is instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding and technical integration of ATPCOs products with customers systems. By possessing deep technical knowledge of the product portfolio they ensure that integrations follow best practices and meet both customer and product adoption goals. Their role involves managing the technical aspects of client onboarding collaborating with various teams to resolve integration challenges and providing continuous support for the ongoing success of the product. They help streamline the customer experience ensuring that products are utilized optimally across different environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during integration ensuring their business needs are understood and addressed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and onboarding outcomes.
Continuously refine and improve integration workflows introducing new methodologies to optimize speed accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and support junior team members fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of integration documentation including internal playbooks and customer-facing guides.
Partner with the Product team to ensure technical integration content is accurate up-to-date and aligned with product capabilities.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in technical onboarding integration or implementation roles preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Strong understanding of API technologies (REST SOAP) data formats (JSON XML) and integration tools (e.g. Postman Swagger).
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft Dell Boomi or Workato is a plus.
Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g. Python JavaScript) for troubleshooting or light automation.
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time results.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring junior staff or leading technical discussions.
Passion for process improvement and documentation best practices.
Salary Range: USD $109000 - $131000
