Job Description
Your Influential Mission: You Will
- Design and test fit metal brackets for installation of our hardware in Electronic Gaming Machines
- Install hardware for demonstration systems test labs and live production
- Perform test cases in our QA test room to support our global team
- Troubleshoot issues requiring physical presence
- Support new licensee implementations working rota shifts through operational hours during the go live creche period on site
- Train customers in Neon device operation and management
- Provide remote and onsite support to our licensees
- Repair hardware returned by licensees
- Assemble test programme and package Neon computing devices
Qualifications :
Components for Success: You have
- Experience of minimum two years in field customer support
- Technical and analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving
- Strong IT skills server-based applications and networking
- Experience of the casino industry is essential
- Experience with CAD design software
- Fluent written and spoken English and Slovenian other languages advantageous
