Job Description

Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Location: Manchester UK

Are you a B2B marketing specialist with strong project management skills and experience leveraging owned and paid digital marketing channels to make an impact with a B2B audience  And do you want to coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns in an international B2B setting Then our role as digital marketing coordinator will be a great opportunity for you.

Join our global marketing department as part of our newly established Manchester-based team. You will report to the UK Campaign Manager and team lead and be part of the Brand Marketing and External Relations team.

To succeed in this role you know the elements and workstreams that go into building a multi-channel marketing campaign with the digital client journeys in mind and as a hands-on B2B marketeer you plan and collaborate well to ensure that these deliveries come together in a good mix of organic and paid channels for client-centered campaigns.

Key tasks and responsibilities include

  • Plan and coordinate the build and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns collaborating with agencies and colleagues in our web marketing operations and content teams based in Manchester Copenhagen and Chennai.
  • Support Campaign Managers in defining and operationalising LinkedIn targeting strategies for our segments and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Work with in-house brand and design team and external agencies to develop campaign assets for global roll-out and local amplification
  • Brief and collaborate with offshore colleagues to develop test and plan automated campaign e-mails and nurture flows with the user journey in mind and support campaign managers with evaluation and optimisation.
  • Drive the planning execution and evaluation of campaign webinars with support from offshore colleagues.
  • Support CRM campaign management with an eye on lead data and tracking of progression with a focus on documenting ROMI
  • Advise and support local marketing managers in our business units with the tactical planning and setup of paid media campaigns such as SEM and LinkedIn advertising.

Your starting point for growth

  • 3-4 years experience from a similar role - preferably from a global B2B company.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills you have experience driving marketing workstreams and deliveries in coordination with internal teams and agencies.
  • Experience with e-mail marketing & marketing automation strategies. We work in HubSpot if you do too it is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Proven experience with digital B2B campaigns and performance marketing and we expect you to have a firm grip on SEM are well versed in LinkedIn campaign manager and can utilize paid social to reach desired audiences.
  • Experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is structured proactive and a great collaborator that has experience working in a complex and/or international work environment.
