Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking to expand its housekeeping team with full-time and casual positions now available for Common Area Cleaners.
The Housekeeping department is integral to ensuring guest satisfaction maintaining productivity and upholding the high standards set by Minor Hotels. The Common Area Cleaner position involves servicing cleaning and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the resort.
As a Common Area Cleaner you will work on a roster between the hours of 3:00am and 8:00pm including weekdays weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning and maintaining all common guest areas to the highest standards.
- Ensuring all areas are hygienic and visually appealing.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
Hourly rates (excluding superannuation):
Full time:
- Monday - Friday: $24.10 per hour
- Saturday: $30.13 per hour
- Sunday: $36.15 per hour
Casual:
- Monday - Friday: $30.23 per hour
- Saturday: $36.15 per hour
- Sunday: $42.18 per hour
Qualifications :
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness to perform the duties required.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
