Job Description
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are looking for several casual In Room Cleaners to join the team.
Were seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. If youre energetic have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a team-oriented environment wed love to have you on board!
About the Role:
- Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms including making beds with precision vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
- Utilise specialised cleaning equipment and products provided by us with full training to ensure effective and safe use.
- Build strong professional relationships with fellow staff members guests and contractor personnel to support a positive and productive work environment.
Casual Hourly Rates (excluding super)
- Monday - Friday: $31.23 per hour
- Saturday: $37.47 per hour
- Sunday: $43.72 per hour
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded
- Physical fitness and stamina with the ability to handle repetitive tasks such as bending lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests team members and contractors
- Positive attitude team spirit and a strong work ethic
- Reliable punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays as required
