Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal-East Quebec from Monday to Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As a Scale Clerk you will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing materials. You will weigh materials issue weigh tickets and provide excellent customer service.
What youre responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and providing courteous service upon arrival.
- Weighing trucks and entering information into the system.
- Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents using the software.
- Answering phone calls and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Monitoring material shipments and generating required reports.
- Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts filing invoicing etc.).
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have previous experience in a similar role (an asset).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are organized responsible self-sufficient and resourceful.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
