Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to work as an Analyst with 333 Capitals highly experienced senior team across all stages of a deal and gain direct client exposure.
You will be supporting the team with:
- Transaction execution
- Financial modelling
- Valuation and research
- Due diligence management
- Preparing reports and sell-side documents; and
- Analysing business models.
Qualifications :
Candidates will preferably have up to three years work experience gained in investment banking corporate advisory or another corporate finance related area of a professional services firm.
Required skills include:
- Strong financial analysis valuation and research skills
- Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and take initiative whilst demonstrating team-oriented values; and
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.
