The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for meeting and exceeding guest expectations by providing high quality services in a relaxing and professional manner.
- The spa is open Fridays Saturdays and Sundays.
- There is an hourly rate plus commission plus tip. Average hourly rate with commission is $30 then plus tips.
- Indiana accepts out of state licenses and we will cover application/renewal fees if applicable up to $250 for new hires. (You will need to provide official transcripts proof of exam and passage from the National Certification Examinations. These must come directly from the institutes where they were acquired. Along with a background check.) Please see HR for specific details.
- Sign-On Bonus will be paid out $1000 after 45 days works and $1000 after 90 days worked.
Qualifications :
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Massage License and familiarity with various body treatments.
- Indiana State Certification required.
- Knowledge of hydrotherapy preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal State and Gaming regulations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have/obtain an Indiana Massage Therapist License.
- Must be able to provide all necessary licensing and insurance documentation.
- Must be able to provide Swedish and Therapeutic Massage services.
- Full weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) preferred not required.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired by obtaining a Massage Technician License.
