Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead monitoring maintenance and improvement of global product and platform systems.
Provide advanced support to users resolving complex issues and inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic process improvements and opportunities for GenAI automations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation and user guides.
Own and analyze platform enablement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Build feedback loops from customer usage to product and technology teams to optimize product and platform performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Data Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in development and platform support or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of product and platform systems.
Expertise in data science and computational intelligence techniques.
Proficiency in analytic programming languages (R and Python) and machine learning/statistical modeling ecosystems.
Solid knowledge of optimization machine learning algorithms and deep learning algorithms.
Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals software design principles and testing strategies.
Solid skills with SQL and performance optimization.
