What youll do:
- Meet greet and assist visitors/staff/contractors.
- Carry out regular site patrols focusing on health & safety and security.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Assist in an emergency i.e. site evacuation and conduct staff searches where required.
- Always maintain an alert and vigilant approach to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment and take the appropriate steps to reduce disruption loss or damage.
- Maintain accurate logs/records of all visitors staff contractors couriers activities and incidents.
- Ensure that there is a thorough handover after each shift between Security personnel.
Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- A current Door Supervisors (DS) license or a commitment to achieving this with our support.
- Ability to travel to site (no further than 30 miles commute).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days nights and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history (enhanced screening required).
- Must be a British National and have lived in the UK for the past 5 years (this is due to the nature of the site and the requirement for additional screening)
- Proficient in written and speaking English language.
