About the Role
Are you a driven Construction Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-impact capital projects on time and within budget Join The Company Energy & Resources leader in integrated facilities management for both offshore and onshore operations. We are seeking a results-oriented professional to manage major construction projects for one of our largest energy accounts in Houston TX.
What Youll Do:
As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning execution and delivery of capital construction projects ensuring compliance with safety standards budgets and schedules. You will:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish

Develop project work plans budgets timelines and reports

Manage contractors subcontractors and vendors for project execution
- Conduct quality control safety inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
- Oversee engineering designs and specifications to ensure project integrity
- Manage project documentation schedule meetings and communicate with stakeholders
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in construction management including project scheduling and budgeting
- Proven leadership experience managing teams contractors and multiple project workflows
- Solid understanding of safety compliance quality assurance and construction best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently solve problems and take full ownership of projects
Preferred Skills:

Background in capital projects within the energy or industrial sectors

Knowledge of local Houston-area codes and regulations
- Experience with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g. MS Project Procore)
