Job Description
We are hiring a Press Operator to safely set up and operate stamping presses in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with single and progressive die sets and a commitment to safety quality and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude an eye for detail and a desire to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set up tools feeders payoffs and coil straighteners

Handle use and install tooling and materials safely
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
- Ensure proper materials tools and equipment are available and in good condition prior to production

Follow process instructions to meet customer specifications

Operate related handling equipment safely
-
Maintain a clean and safety-oriented work environment
-
Follow all EPA OSHA and internal safety guidelines
-
Report incidents near misses and support a proactive safety culture

Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

13 years of press operator experience preferred
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong attention to detail with solid communication and multitasking skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
-
Proficient with measuring tools including calipers micrometers gauge pins and comparators
-
Must be able to read and write in English and follow both written and oral instructions

Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed
