Job Description
Saint Josephs College of Maine an NCAA Division III member and member of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference invites applications for the part-time position ofAssistant Field Hockey Coach!
Duties Associated with the Position:
Responsible for management and administration of Field Hockey program in compliance with Saint Josephs College NCAA GNAC rules and regulations
Coaching
Recruiting student-athletes who meet Saint Josephs College admissions standards
Scheduling
Conditioning
Scouting
Practice planning
Fundraising
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least three years of coaching in high school or college but will also consider candidates with college playing experience
Essential Skills:
Strong communication
Problem-solving and leadership skill
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Commitment to program development and the overall development of Saint Josephs College student-athletes
