Join a team on one of JLLs most dynamic client partnerships on an account team providing services across Workplace Projects Sustainability and Portfolio globally for a premier JLL client. In this role you will be a member of the Global Leadership Team for the account reporting directly to the Global Account Executive. Our account team prides themselves on delivering as One Team for our client and being a Destination Account within JLL which we achieve through close partnership with our key clients.
In this role you will lead a team of >120 JLL employees providing services across North America and Latin America. The Americas portfolio includes 60 sites across 9 countries with an annual budget of >US$30M. You will be responsible to drive customer satisfaction while constantly innovating to drive continuous improvement in JLLs day to day delivery of services. Our clients focus is on supporting the business of the Business and you will lead a team that will enable the client Business Leaders. Specific day to day focus will be on delivering Workplace Engineering Services and Projects Real Estate and Sustainability while taking full accountability for the Americas region which requires close partnership with Americas resources in Projects and Portfolio. You are responsible to ensure integrated seamless delivery in the Americas that meets our clients goals and objectives.
Deep experience delivering in a cross-functional multi-regional CRE services provider model will be critical to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and a record of success in driving change and transformation.

This role reports to the Global Account Executive of one of JLLs top global clients
Responsibilities:
Partner with a top global Work Dynamics Client to create a comprehensive Employee Experience program to drive an amazing experience for client employees across the global portfolio. Components of the program will include:
Inspire a team of 120 JLL employees to work innovatively and collaboratively to bring the best of JLL to this client. Coach mentor and develop leadership team across Experience Engineering BI and integrated facilities management functions.
Deliver against all KPI targets for the Americas including meeting or exceeding all contractual commitments
Ensure a Goal Zero operating environment
Create a recommended site investment strategy for equipment End of Life; manage and maintain this data to provide revised recommendations to client
Additional Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a global workplace experience program to support clients changing workplace needs
Manage and ensure the successful delivery of JLLs Workplace Management services in North and South America which spans 40 sites 100 buildings and 11M SF
Ensure close alignment with clients Americas Leadership team to ensure JLL is meeting all budget commitments and priority targets
Coordinate cross-regional IFM programs such as Property Management HSSE etc.
Ensure the successful delivery of all FM Scope in the MSA including meeting or succeeded against CPI and KPI targets including:
o Property Management Program
o End of Life & Site Re-investment program
o Safety Programs
o Site re-entry / RTO
o Engineering Services
Partner closely with Global and Regional JLL account leadership to ensure coordinated delivery across the AMS region and on global initiatives
Manage Americas Performance and QBR process
Bring the best of JLL to the client: bringing forth and implementing new ideas innovations and thought leadership
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace/Facility Management Leadership Roles
Demonstrated expertise leading or running employee experience hospitality programs
Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career within Corporate Real Estate
Industry knowledge of latest best practices within integrated facilities management
The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial collaborative environment
Effective written and oral communication skills
Corporate Real Estate experience in LATAM is preferable
Technology sector experience is preferable
