We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Clinical Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. This position is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a leadership role loves staying clinically involved and enjoys the challenge of coordinating people schedules and supplies while maintaining excellence in patient care.

Your Responsibilities
This is not a behind-the-desk role our Clinical Lead is expected to be fully hands-on actively assisting and supporting the team each day. Youll take ownership of clinical operations and scheduling maintain critical equipment and supplies and ensure all clinical areas are operating efficiently across three practice locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and managing the daily staffing schedule across all locations
Providing on-site coverage at all practice locations as needed
Actively assisting with patient care chairside
Overseeing daily clinical workflows to ensure all tasks are completed
Managing and maintaining crash carts across all three locations
Ensuring medical gases are monitored and recorded daily
Delegating and verifying that all operatories are stocked and ready for use
Coordinating supply orders while staying within budget
Overseeing equipment performance and ensuring timely maintenance
Leading weekly spore testing and managing autoclave sterilization processes
Maintaining radiology equipment and ensuring compliance
Training team members on emergency protocols and safety procedures
Directing and supporting clinical staff with daily assignments and responsibilities
Recording daily medication logs in accordance with safety and compliance guidelines
Collaborating closely with both the front office lead and doctor to manage clinical scheduling and communication
Your Background
You are an experienced and proactive dental assistant who leads by example. Youre confident in a fast-paced environment know how to juggle multiple priorities across teams and take pride in keeping clinical operations running seamlessly.
You also bring the following:
2 years of dental assisting experience (specialty and multi-site experience preferred)
Prior leadership experience in a clinical or lead assistant role
Strong understanding of infection control sterilization and clinical safety protocols
Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership style
Ability to stay organized and focused while coordinating multiple schedules and locations
A team-first attitude with a strong commitment to patient care
A certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law)

Position Base Pay Range
$34 - $37 USD
