The Opportunity:

The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in managing key client accounts driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This position requires advanced knowledge of the CTV landscape and the ability to develop consultative solutions that enhance client value and drive company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of client accounts ensuring alignment with client objectives/KPIs and LG Ad Solutions capabilities.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients becoming a trusted advisor on their business needs.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product teams to develop comprehensive client strategies and initiatives.

  • Oversee the execution of campaigns ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

  • Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform client strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in account management media initiatives and client relations preferably in the CTV space.

  • Proven track record in strategic planning campaign management and insightful storytelling.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Proficient in tools such as Salesforce Asana and Excel.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.
