About the Role
We are looking for an insightful and analytical UI/UX Researcher to join our design team. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user research initiatives to help design intuitive accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Plan design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research

Conduct user interviews usability tests surveys and contextual inquiries

Synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Collaborate with product managers designers and developers to align user needs with business goals

Create user personas journey maps and experience blueprints

Identify pain points and usability gaps through data and behavior analysis

Present research findings to stakeholders and influence design decisions
-
Support A/B testing concept validation and iterative product improvements

Maintain research documentation archives and knowledge repositories
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Psychology Design or a related field
-
2 years of experience in user research or a similar role
-
Proficiency with research tools such as Maze UserTesting Optimal Workshop Hotjar Lookback or similar
-
Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
-
Strong understanding of UX principles cognitive psychology and human behavior
-
Experience with both moderated and unmoderated usability testing
-
Ability to analyze user behavior using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel Heap)
-
Strong presentation and communication skills

Detail-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
