About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Engineer to join our technology team. This full-time onsite position is based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design development and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions to support business operations and customer engagement.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components

Implement Salesforce configuration changes including workflows process builders validation rules and flows
-
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and third-party tools
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
-
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including testing and deployment
-
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce customizations and third-party integrations
-
Ensure platform security performance and scalability
-
Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices

Document system processes and changes accurately
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
-
2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
-
Strong proficiency in Apex Visualforce SOQL and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
-
Experience with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder Flow and Salesforce DX
-
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture security model and data model
-
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs
-
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git Jenkins or Bitbucket for Salesforce deployment
-
Salesforce Developer or Administrator Certification (preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent communication and documentation skills
