About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical QA Engineer Manual to join our quality assurance team. This is a full-time onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our software products meet high-quality standards by executing test plans identifying bugs and supporting smooth product releases.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Create maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
-
Perform functional regression UI/UX integration and exploratory testing
-
Identify log and track software bugs and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools
-
Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues

Validate fixes and new features before releases
-
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases test results and QA processes
-
Provide timely feedback on software usability and suggest improvements

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
-
Ensure software complies with defined quality standards and business expectations
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
-
13 years of experience in manual software testing
-
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail Bugzilla)

Familiarity with web and mobile application testing
-
Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform testing
-
Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write simple database queries
-
Ability to identify usability issues and provide constructive feedback
-
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
