About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our data science and engineering team. This is a full-time onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world business problems.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Design build and deploy machine learning models for prediction classification recommendation and automation

Work with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights
-
Preprocess clean and transform data for modeling and experimentation

Evaluate model performance and fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to integrate ML models into production environments

Use cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) for training and deploying scalable models
-
Continuously monitor deployed models and retrain them as needed
-
Research new ML algorithms tools and technologies to improve model performance
-
Document technical processes model architectures and testing results

Communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Requirements:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field

Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science roles
-
Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch
-
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms including regression decision trees clustering NLP and neural networks

Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas NumPy and SQL
-
Familiarity with ML model deployment tools and frameworks such as Docker Flask FastAPI or MLflow
-
Knowledge of cloud ML platforms like AWS SageMaker Google AI Platform or Azure ML
-
Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
