About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing email campaigns to engage customers generate leads and drive conversions using automation tools and data insights.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Plan build and execute email marketing campaigns across customer segments

Design email templates that are visually appealing mobile responsive and optimized for conversion

Develop and manage automated email workflows (e.g. welcome onboarding re-engagement)

Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines content and send times

Monitor campaign performance analyze KPIs and generate reports

Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring data hygiene and compliance (GDPR CAN-SPAM)

Collaborate with content design and sales teams to align messaging and promotions

Integrate email campaigns with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
-
Identify segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization
-
Stay updated on email marketing trends deliverability standards and automation tools
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and automation

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot ActiveCampaign Klaviyo)

Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Zoho CRM)

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email template editing

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics Excel or Looker Studio)

Familiarity with audience segmentation lead scoring and funnel management

Understanding of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM GDPR)

Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills

Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
