Job Description
Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (USRN)
Work Setup: On-site
Salary Range: PHP 50000 - 60000/month

Were looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist (USRN) with expertise in voice accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and compliance with quality standards. If youre passionate about improving processes and have a background in care management wed love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Active USRN license (required)
6 months - 2 years of QA experience (voice account preferred)
Background in care management (strongly preferred)
Strong analytical skills with an eye for process improvement
Excellent communication and coaching skills
