Job Summary:

The Gemeente Nijkerk is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Adviseur OOV with a specialization in ondermijning (subversive crime). In this advisory role you will contribute directly to the municipalitys safety strategy by identifying analyzing and addressing subversive threats. You will act as a key player in the safety team advising both internal and external partners on policy enforcement and multidisciplinary cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on public order and safety (OOV) issues with a specific focus on undermining and subversive crime.

• Analyze safety threats and trends in the municipality and develop appropriate interventions.

• Work closely with law enforcement regional safety partners and internal departments to coordinate anti-undermining efforts.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of safety policies and programs.

• Represent Gemeente Nijkerk in safety consultations and regional networks.

• Prepare briefings policy documents and reports for the mayor and senior officials.

Requirements (Eisen):

• Demonstrated experience in OOV and/or security advisory roles preferably within the public sector.

• Specialized knowledge and experience in combating undermining/subversive crime.

• Strong understanding of Dutch safety legislation and enforcement frameworks.

• Analytical decisive and politically sensitive in advising and executing safety policies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.

• A completed university degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant field such as Public Administration Criminology or Law.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
