Our client specializes in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge intelligent and secure IT infrastructure solutions. As they expand our client is looking for passionate driven individuals to join our dynamic Business Development Team and grow with them from concept to creation.

About the Job:

Our Client is seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Development Senior Executive to join the growing team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities building client relationships and driving sales of our innovative IT infrastructure solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on field engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients including corporate offices factories hospitals schools hotels apartments and government institutions.
  • Pitch the companys infrastructure solutions to business owners managers ELV & MEP consultants.
  • Conduct client visits and presentations to close high-value B2B deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare sales proposals negotiate deals and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress to the management team.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Ownership of a vehicle is an added advantage.
