Job Description
Customer Service Representative German & English
Location: Athens Greece
Start Date: 12 June 2025
Working Hours:
- MonFri: 10:00 am 6:30 pm
- SatSun: 11:00 am 7:30 pm
Work Model: Remote On-Site (Remote possible with 2 weeks notice)
Salary: 1380 gross x 14 months (annualized calculation)

- 14 salaries (12 monthly 1 Easter 1 split between Summer & Christmas)

Contract & Hours
- Permanent contract
- 40h/week (8h/day 5 days/week)
Required Documents
- EU citizenship or
- Residence card with Full Market Access
Relocation Support
- No standard package if youre already in Greece and not eligible for remote work.
- From abroad:
- Must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to start
- On-site work required for first 3 months unless you have permanent accommodation & internet in Greece
- 3 weeks hotel accommodation near office
- Up to 300 relocation support (with first payment)
- Legal assistance for hiring documentation
- No support for flight tickets (except for 300 reimbursement with first payment) airport pickup or airport-hotel transfer after initial hotel stay.
