Job Description
Mayford Group is working on behalf of a very reputable and high profile organization in London and we are looking for 4 x Business Analysts to join a 12-month project.
Hybrid working in London and working inside IR35 - Rate of 350 per day
THE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Conducting Analysis to support the development of requirements/user stories
- Writing the requirements/User Stories
- Documenting Acceptance Criteria
- Supporting Testing of user stories
- Supporting queries on the new products
- Input into to weekly status reporting
Essential
- Has held a role(s) as Product owner or Business Analyst
- Substantial project/programme environments involving business & IT change.
- Business analysis experience within any of the following types of organisations/sectors: financial services government/regulatory body technology consultancy
- Vast knowledge of business analysis tools techniques and best practice approaches including end-to-end requirements management. Shows pragmatism in being able to select and adapt the right approach for the right situation.
- Experienced in using JIRA
- Can quickly develop domain knowledge to credibly engage with stakeholders on the problem statement.
- Delivers quality outputs at pace in both structured and fluid/challenging project environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills. Builds strong engagement with SMEs and establishes good relationships with business sponsors project stakeholders and supplier delivery teams.
- Assures the delivery of business requirements to ensure that the solution is fit for purpose.
- Experience of project lifecycles delivered within a range of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall & Agile.
- Accomplished problem-solver who constructively challenges the status quo keeps an open mind and can develop innovative solutions.
- Skilled at leveraging excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
- Experience of working with Salesforce products
- Business acumen in either financial services or financial regulation
- Experience of working in a regulatory environment
- Experience in Business Architecture and wider business design functions.
- Experience of Business Change
- Experience of Testing
350 PER DAY INSIDE IR35
