Whatyoull do

As a Spa Therapist youll enjoyyour work and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Guest Care and Treatments: As a Spa Therapist youwill provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages beautytreatments facials and nail polishing. This also includes retailing skin careproducts to guests accurately completing consultation forms and maintaininghigh standards in the treatment room following spa standards.
• Guest Requests: As a Spa Therapist you will handlespecial requests from guests including preferences for therapists andtreatment methods as well as show intuition and empathy especially whenguests are celebrating special occasions.

Whatyoull bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previousexperience in a Spa - at least 3 years as a beauty therapist performing a widerange of treatments
• Qualifications- ITEC CIBTAC CIDESCO orNVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massageincluding deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.
• Knowledge of treatments contra-indications and skincare retail sales isdesirable
• Strong verbal communication skills English is theprimary language used in our hotel.
• Immaculate personal grooming standards

Preferred Skills

• Strong proven retail sales background
• Qualification in Reflexology
