SureCall is an award-winning outsourced contact center providing customer support services to companies worldwide! We are looking for AMAZING individuals who enjoy customer service working with an award-wining team and want to enjoy coming to work.
What we are looking for:
Eager to provide exceptional customer service in Both English and French communication (speaking reading and writing). Must speak and write English fluently. We are looking for English candidates. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
