Area Maintenance Manager Quebec / Montreal

The Role
Reporting to the National Director of Maintenance you will manage 1011 maintenance facilities across Montreal Quebec City and Gatineau. Your focus will be on operational excellence preventive maintenance compliance safety and the professional development of shop managers under your leadership.
Youll coach your team monitor KPIs lead audits and continuous improvement initiatives and support the deployment of new processes including those related to the electrification of the fleet.
What You Bring
- 510 years of maintenance leadership experience in fleet heavy equipment or related industries
- Proven ability to manage and coach distributed teams
- Strong skills in compliance preventive maintenance and performance metrics
- Collaborative honest structured and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of electric vehicle fleets or strong interest in the field (an asset)
- Fully bilingual French and English
Coverage area: Montreal Quebec City Gatineau (60% travel expected)
Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime (some flexibility required)
Compensation: $125000/year up to 10% bonus 3% RRSP match
