What Youll Be Doing
You will be joining the Optimization & Process Engineering Team within Technology Innovation and Infrastructure. As a Process Engineering Senior Manager youll manage end-to-end process and re-engineering projects and implement process improvements that enhance client experience and generate profitability. Youll use your experience to guide key projects that improve processes that affect our clients. By utilizing advanced data analysis skills youll uncover critical pain points and identify actionable solutions to optimize processes and drive impactful outcomes. Youll work closely with your team and guide the planning development and implementation of a process strategy that will build the bank of the future.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 2-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
How Youll Succeed
- Leadership You will work with team members to set goals and motivate teams to achieve them. You can identify and remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of project objectives. You can work within the organization to inspire change. You have experience mentoring process engineers in different aspects of process engineering and other improvement methodologies.
- Interpersonal Relations You have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely to partners in all levels of the organization. You can use various strategies to influence others and build support for process improvement recommendations.Engaging in market research industry scans and analysis that support our project teams.
- Task management You have experience guiding and tracking projects to successful completion. You can provide management with project status updates feedback and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
- Project Execution - Supporting project financials KPI measurement management and resource allocations for all funded projects working closely with supporting project offices. Work closely with internal teams to foster cohesive working relationships amongst peer groups to ensure all aspects of project engagements are aligned with business and tech partner expectations.
- Process Improvement - You can develop creative solutions and new ways of thinking about issues and opportunities.Implement and monitor new engagement framework to ensure continuous improvement. Identify areas of inefficiencies and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Operational Excellence - Contribute to the organizations success by balancing the need for the achievement of business objectives with effective risk management making informed business recommendations.
