Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone email and chat. Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
- Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: French (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
- EU Citizenship or Working VISA
- Willing to Relocate
