Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients focusing on relationship building and revenue growth.
Understand clients financial needs and deliver appropriate banking solutions including loans credit lines treasury services and deposits.
Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and referrals.
Provide excellent service and act as the primary point of contact for business clients.
Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess client creditworthiness and recommend loan structures.
Work closely with internal departments (credit risk operations) to ensure timely processing and servicing of client requests.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends competitors and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal policies risk management standards and compliance requirements.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
37 years of experience in business banking commercial banking or financial services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.
Strong understanding of credit underwriting financial analysis and loan structuring.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and banking software.
