Marketing Operations Manager Part-Time
MOSS Building & Design Remote (EST/CST)
MOSS Building & Design an award-winning home remodeling company based in Northern Virginia is seeking a part-time Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing team. This role is a key partner to our Chief Marketing Officer ensuring marketing initiatives run efficiently on time and with strong cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the operations lead for marketing campaigns managing timelines deliverables and coordination across teams
Translate strategy into clear actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners (creative digital CRM web and content)
Maintain the marketing calendar assign tasks monitor progress and uphold quality standards throughout each project
Support performance tracking and campaign reporting in partnership with analytics
Ensure alignment across stakeholders through proactive communication and hands-on problem-solving

Qualifications
46 years of experience in marketing operations project management or a related field
Prior project management experience strongly preferred
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related discipline preferred
Role Details
Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week
Location: Northern Virginia (remote considered for candidates in EST or CST time zones)
