Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing specifically in the sports industry and a passion for building and executing successful marketing strategies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Evolution Sports Group brand and services
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to reach target audiences including athletes teams and sponsors
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media email and website
- Manage relationships with external partners and sponsors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to improve our marketing efforts continuously
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new ideas and strategies into marketing plans
- Travel to events and games to represent Evolution Sports Group and network with potential clients and partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably in the sports industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
