Key Responsibilities:
Organize board meetings and prepare minutes resolutions and records.
Maintain and update company records and statutory registers.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Law or related field.
Company Secretary qualification or relevant experience (e.g. ICSA CS).
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
